MACCHINA AUTOMATICA PER L’ASSIEMAGGIO DI DUE PARTICOLARI MEDIANTE SALDATURA AUTOGENA.

Il progetto SMT 044 è stato concepito per soddisfare precise esigenze di mercato, portando così alla costruzione di una macchina completamente automatica per l’accoppiamento di due particolari, tramite saldatura autogena. La versatilità di questo modello è particolarmente elevata, in quanto consente la saldatura di svariati componenti (purchè selezionabili mediante tazza vibrante o apposito caricatore), con particolari ottenuti da filo (generalmente anellini o perni di varie forme e dimensioni) in lega d’oro, d’argento o altro. Lo svolgimento del ciclo prevede inizialmente la creazione dell’anellino e la contemporanea selezione del particolare da assiemare, successivamente viene eseguita la saldatura a gas dei due componenti. Le prestazioni fornite sono decisamente elevate, attestando la produttività a 540 saldature/ora. Interessante è anche l’aspetto gestionale della SMT 044, dove un PLC di semplice programmazione, governa la macchina e consente il conteggio dei pezzi prodotti. Sono inoltre previsti programmi differenti a seconda della posizione relativa tra l’anellino e l’altro particolare in fase di saldatura. La particolare attenzione con cui sono stati trattati gli aspetti legati all’ergonomia e alla sicurezza, ha permesso infine la realizzazione di una macchina di comodo utilizzo da parte dell’operatore, nel pieno rispetto delle normative vigenti in materia di sicurezza ed antinfortunistica.

AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR THE ASSEMBLY OF TWO PARTS THROUGH AUTOGENOUS WELDING.

The SMT 044 Project was developed to satisfy a precise market need by offering a completely automatic machine for the assembly of two parts through autogenous welding. This model offers remarkable versatility because it permits the welding of the most various components (provided that they can be selected using vibrating bucket feeders or special loaders) with wire-drawn parts (usually rings or pins of various shape and size) in alloys of gold, silver or other metals. The work cycle begins with the creation of the ring and the simultaneous selection of the part to be assembled. This is followed by the gas welding of the two components. The performance provided is decidedly high, with an output of 540 weldings/hour. The management of the SMT 044 is also worthy of note: an easily-programmed PLC controls the machine and permits the counting of the pieces produced. There are also different programs available depending on the relative positions of the ring and the other piece during welding. The special attention dedicated to ergonomics and safety has permitted the creation of a machine that offers the easiest use by the operator in complete respect of the current safety and accident-prevention regulations.

AUTOGENSCHWEISSAUTOMAT ZUM VERBINDEN VON ZWEI DETAILS.

Der SMT 044 wurde konzipiert, um spezifische Anforderungen des Marktes erfüllen zu können. Auf diese Weise wurde eine vollautomatische Maschine zum Verbinden von zwei Einzelteilen durch Autogenschweißung gebaut. Dieses Modell ist besonders vielseitig einsetzbar, da es das Verschweißen unterschiedlichster Teile (sofern sie mit Hilfe eines Verteiltrichters mit Rüttler oder eines entsprechenden Zufuhrmagazins vereinzelt werden können) miteinander gestattet. Die einzelnen Teile (im Allgemeinen kleine Ringe oder Stifte in verschiedenen Formen und Abmessungen) wurden aus einem Faden aus Gold-, Silber- oder einer anderen Legierung hergestellt. Die Zyklusabfolge sieht anfangs die Herstellung des kleinen Rings und gleichzeitig die Vereinzelung des mit diesem zu verbindenden Teils vor. Im Anschluss daran erfolgt das Verschweißen der beiden Teile mit Gas. Das Leistungsniveau kann zweifellos als hoch bezeichnet werden, da die Produktivität bei 540 Schweißvorgängen/Stunde liegt. Interessant ist sicher auch das Management des SMT 044. Die Maschine wird über eine einfach zu programmierende SPS gesteuert, die die produzierten Stücke auch zählt. Darüber hinaus sind je nach der Lage zwischen dem kleinen Ring und dem anderen Detail während des Schweißvorgangs unterschiedliche Programme vorgesehen. Besondere Sorgfalt wurde auch auf Aspekte wie Ergonomie und Sicherheit verwandt. So ist die Maschine extrem bedienerfreundlich ausgelegt und entspricht in vollem Umfang den geltenden Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsrichtlinien.

MACHINE AUTOMATIQUE POUR ASSEMBLER DEUX PIECES PAR SOUDAGE AUTOGENE.

Le projet SMT 044 a été conçu pour faire face à des exigences précises du marché, et c’est pourquoi nous avons construit une machine complètement automatique pour accoupler deux pièces par soudage autogène. La souplesse d’emploi de ce modèle est particulièrement développée, dans la mesure où il permet de souder différents composants (pourvu qu’ils soient sélectionnables par un distributeur vibrant à godets ou par un chargeur ad hoc), avec des pièces obtenues à partir d’un fil (d’habitude de petits anneaux ou des pivots de différentes formes et dimensions) en alliage d’or, d’argent ou autre. Le déroulement du cycle prévoit tout d’abord la fabrication du petit anneau et la sélection simultanée de la pièce à assembler, puis les deux composants sont soudés au gaz. Notre machine permet d’obtenir des performances de très haut niveau, comme le démontre sa productivité: 540 soudures/heure. L’aspect gestionnaire de la SMT 044 est certainement intéressant: un automate (PLC) facile à programmer pilote la machine, et permet de totaliser les pièces produites. Nous avons également prévu des programmes différents suivant la position relative entre le petit anneau et l’autre pièce en phase de soudage. Enfin, nous avons fait très attention aux aspects liés à l’ergonomie et à la sécurité, ce qui nous a permis de réaliser une machine facile à utiliser pour l’opérateur, tout en respectant scrupuleusement les réglementations en vigueur concernant la sécurité et la prévention des accidents.

MÁQUINA AUTOMÁTICA PARA LA UNIÓN DE DOS PIEZAS MEDIANTE SOLDADURA AUTÓGENA.

El proyecto SMT 044 ha sido concebido para satisfacer específicas exigencias del mercado, lo que ha comportado la fabricación de una máquina totalmente automática para el acoplamiento de dos piezas a través de soldadura autógena. La versatilidad de este modelo es particularmente elevada ya que permite soldar muchos tipos de componentes (siempre que puedan seleccionarse mediante distribuidor vibrante o específico cargador) con piezas obtenidas a partir de alambre (por lo general anillitas o pernos de varias formas y tamaños) en aleación de oro, plata u otro. El desarrollo del ciclo prevé, en primer lugar, la creación de la anillita y, simultáneamente, la selección de la pieza a la que se unirá; sucesivamente se realiza la soldadura con gas de los dos componentes. Las prestaciones que ofrece son sin lugar a dudas elevadas, asegurando una productividad de 540 soldaduras/hora. De indudable interés también la gestión de la SMT 044, confiada a un PLC de fácil programación que controla la máquina y permite contar el número de piezas producidas. Se han previsto, además, programas diferentes en función de la distancia relativa entre la anillita y la otra pieza en fase de soldadura. La especial atención que se ha dedicado a los aspectos vinculados a la ergonomía y a la seguridad ha permitido, por último, la realización de una máquina de cómoda utilización para el operador que respeta plenamente las normativas vigentes en materia de seguridad y prevención de accidentes.
