MACCHINA AUTOMATICA PER LA PEZZATURA DELLA CATENA TIPO “CORDA” VUOTA.

Il progetto SMC 042 è stato concepito per soddisfare precise esigenze di mercato in merito alla lavorazione della catena tipo “corda” vuota, portando così alla costruzione di una macchina completamente automatica per la pezzatura a misura di collini e simili in lega d’oro, d’argento e altro. La macchina fonda il proprio funzionamento su di una serie di brevetti particolarmente innovativi. Le prestazioni fornite sono decisamente elevate, attestando la produttività a 350 pezzi/h circa. Tra gli accorgimenti tecnici più interessanti, si sottolinea, il sistema di rilievo della catena ad auto-apprendimento che utilizza la tecnologia delle fibre ottiche. Tale sistema consente il mantenimento della costanza della lunghezza impostata, garantendo al contempo l’asportazione dei frammenti delle maglie. Di sicuro interesse è anche l’aspetto gestionale della SMC 042, dove un PLC fornito di touch–screen governa la macchina, consentendo la memorizzazione fino a 99 programmi diversi,unitamente ai parametri che caratterizzano le varie catene. La particolare attenzione con cui sono stati trattati gli aspetti legati all’ergonomia e alla sicurezza, ha permesso infine la realizzazione di una macchina di comodo utilizzo da parte dell’operatore, nel pieno rispetto delle normative vigenti in materia di sicurezza ed antinfortunistica.

AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR THE SIZING OF HOLLOW “CORD” TYPE CHAINS.

The SMC 042 project was conceived to satisfy precise needs in the market regarding the working of hollow link “cord” type chains, and the construction of a completely automatic machine for the sizing of chains and similar articles in alloys of gold, silver and other metals. The operation of the machine is based on a series of particularly innovative patents. Performance is remarkably high, with output at around 350 pieces/hour. The most significant technical measures include the self-learning chain detection system that uses optical fibre technology. This system ensures that the length set will be constantly maintained, while guaranteeing the removal of all link fragments at the same time.
The management of the SMC 042 is also worthy of special notice, where a touch-screen PLC controls the machine and permits the memorisation of up to 99 different programs together with the parameters that characterise the various chains. Finally, special attention placed on ergonomics and safety has allowed for the creation of a machine, in full observance of current norms regarding safety and accident-prevention, which is easy-to-use by the operator.

AUTOMAT ZUM STÜCKELN VON KETTEN VOM TYP HOHLE “KORDEL” .

Der SMC 042 wurde konzipiert, um spezifische Anforderungen des Marktes im Hinblick auf die Verarbeitung von Ketten vom Typ hohle “Kordel” erfüllen zu können. Auf diese Weise wurde eine vollautomatische Maschine zum maßgenauen Stückeln von Ketten und Ähnlichem aus Gold-, Silber- oder einer anderen Legierung gebaut. Das Funktionsprinzip der Maschine beruht auf einer Reihe besonders innovativer Patente. Das Leistungsniveau kann zweifellos als hoch bezeichnet werden, da die Produktivität bei etwa 350 Stück/Stunde liegt. Zu den interessanten, technischen Finessen gehört auch das System zur Kettenerfassung mit Selbstlernfunktion, das die Lichtleitfasertechnologie einsetzt. Dieses System ermöglicht die Beibehaltung einer konstanten Länge und garantiert gleichzeitig die Entfernung von Kettengliedbruchstücken.
Interessant ist sicher auch das Management des SMC 042. Die Maschine wird über eine SPS mit Touchscreen gesteuert, in der bis zu 99 verschiedene Programme zusammen mit den Parametern, die die verschiedenen Ketten charakterisieren, gespeichert werden können. Besondere Sorgfalt wurde auch auf Aspekte wie Ergonomie und Sicherheit verwandt. So ist die Maschine extrem bedienerfreundlich ausgelegt und entspricht in vollem Umfang den geltenden Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsrichtlinien.

Le projet SMC 042 a été conçu pour répondre aux exigences précises du marché en ce qui concerne l’usinage de la chaîne du genre “corde” vide, ce qui nous a ainsi amenés à construire une machine complètement automatique, pour calibrer sur mesure des colliers et des articles analogues en alliage d’or, d’argent et autre. Le fonctionnement de cette machine repose sur une série de brevets particulièrement innovants. Notre machine permet d’obtenir des performances de très haut niveau, comme le démontre sa productivité: environ 350 pièces/heure. Parmi les détails techniques les plus intéressants, nous vous signalons le système de détection de la chaîne par saisie automatique, qui exploite la technologie des fibres optiques. Ce système permet de maintenir constamment la longueur programmée, tout en garantissant l’élimination des fragments de mailles.
L’aspect gestionnaire de la SMC 042 est certainement intéressant: un automate (PLC) équipé d’un écran tactile pilote la machine, et il permet de mémoriser jusqu’à 99 programmes différents, ainsi que les paramètres qui caractérisent les différentes chaînes. Enfin, nous avons fait très attention aux aspects liés à l’ergonomie et à la sécurité, ce qui nous a permis de réaliser une machine facile à utiliser pour l’opérateur, tout en respectant scrupuleusement les réglementations en vigueur concernant la sécurité et la prévention des accidents.

MÁQUINA AUTOMÁTICA PARA LA DIVISIÓN A MEDIDA DE LA CADENA TIPO “CORDÓN” HUECO.

El proyecto SMC 042 ha sido concebido para satisfacer específicas exigencias de mercado en el sector del mecanizado de la cadena tipo “cordón” hueco, lo que ha comportado la fabricación de una máquina totalmente automática para la división a medida de cadenas y similares en aleación de oro, plata y otro. La máquina basa su funcionamiento en una serie de patentes particularmente innovadoras. Las prestaciones que ofrece son sin lugar a dudas elevadas, asegurando una productividad de 350 piezas/h aproximadamente. Entre las soluciones técnicas más interesantes destaca el sistema de detección de la cadena por autoaprendizaje que utiliza la tecnología de las fibras ópticas. Este sistema permite mantener constante la longitud programada y garantiza, a la vez, la eliminación de los fragmentos de eslabones.
De indudable interés también la gestión de la SMC 042, en la que un PLC provisto de pantalla táctil controla la máquina, permitiendo la memorización de hasta 99 programas diferentes, junto con los parámetros que caracterizan las varias cadenas. La especial atención que se ha dedicado a los aspectos vinculados a la ergonomía y a la seguridad ha permitido, por último, la realización de una máquina de cómoda utilización para el operador que respeta plenamente las normativas vigentes en materia de seguridad y prevención de accidentes.
