ATTREZZATURA PER SVOLGIMENTO DI CATENA IN AUTOMATICO.

Le attrezzature della famiglia SCV hanno la funzione di alimentare le macchine che lavorano catene di varie tipologie (in lega d’oro, argento o altro), svolgendo in maniera automatica e controllata la quantità di catena necessaria. L’Attrezzatura è estremamente semplice dal punto di vista costruttivo e perciò particolarmente versatile e maneggevole. Durante il funzionamento, la tensione della catena erogata viene mantenuta costante dalla puleggia centrale mobile, che ha anche la funzione di attivare e disattivare lo svolgimento della catena mediante appositi sensori. Questa attrezzatura può funzionare autonomamente se collegata alla tensione di rete, oppure prendere alimentazione direttamente da una presa ausiliaria della macchina che va ad asservire. Queste attrezzature sono universali, in quanto possono alimentare indifferentemente sia macchine di produzione DEMM che modelli di altre marche. Semplici da installare, possono essere fornite a scelta nelle due versioni: SCV 030 (per catene avvolte su bobine DIN 125 o simili ) ed SCV 045 (per catene avvolte su bobine  DIN 250 o simili).

AUTOMATIC CHAIN UNWINDING EQUIPMENT.

The SCV family equipment serves to feed the machines that work chains of various type (in alloys of gold, silver or other metals) by automatically unwinding the quantity of chain necessary with constant control. The equipment is extremely simple from the constructive point of view and therefore remarkably versatile and easy to use. The tightness of the chain delivered is maintained constant during operation by the movable central pulley, which also serves to start and stop chain unwinding by the respective sensors. This equipment can operate autonomously when connected to the mains voltage or be fed directly from an auxiliary current socket positioned on the machine it serves. This equipment is truly universal, in the sense that it can be used to feed both machines produced by DEMM and those of other manufacturers. Easy to install, it can be supplied as requested in two versions: the SCV 030 (for chains wound on DIN 125 or similar reels) and the SCV 045 (for chains wound on DIN 250 or similar reels).
