MACCHINA AUTOMATICA PER LA PREPARAZIONE DEGLI ANELLINI ALLE ESTREMITA’, CON MONTAGGIO MOSCHETTONE.

Semplice e compatta, questa macchina prepara in maniera automatica l’anellino montandolo sul moschettone completo di anellino. La AMM049 è particolarmente facile da utilizzare ed è caratterizzata da un’alta affidabilità operativa; esplica le sue funzioni formando l’anellino finale già concatenato al moschettone, che viene reso disponile da un apposito sistema di erogazione costituito da un vibratore circolare con selezionatore e un vibratore lineare di posizionamento. Segue lo scarico del prodotto finito che conclude il ciclo produttivo. Tra le caratteristiche più importanti di questo progetto, vanno indicate la velocità di produzione molto elevata e la semplicità di utilizzo. Le prestazioni fornite sono decisamente elevate, attestando la produttività a 3000 pezzi/ora. Di sicuro interesse è anche l’aspetto gestionale della AMM049, dove un PLC di semplice programmazione, governa la macchina, consentendo il conteggio dei pezzi prodotti.

Infine, la particolare attenzione dedicata agli aspetti legati all’ergonomia, ha consentito la realizzazione di una macchina di comodo utilizzo da parte dell’operatore.

AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR THE PREPARATION OF END RINGS WITH THE ASSEMBLY OF THE SPRING-CLIP.

Simple and compact, this machine prepares the end ring automatically and fits it to the spring-clip complete with end ring. The AMM 049 is particularly easy to use and features highly reliable operation.  The machine forms the end ring already linked to the spring-clip which is supplied by means of a special feeding system consisting of a circular vibrator with sorting device and a positioning linear vibrator. The finished product is discharged, concluding the production cycle. Amongst the more important characteristics of this project, the very high production speed and the simplicity of use deserve special mention. Performance is decidedly high, with an output of  (-  ) pieces/hour. The management system of the AMM 049 is also of undoubted interest as an easily programmed PLC controls the machine, enabling the number of pieces produced to be counted.

Finally, special attention placed on ergonomics has allowed for the creation of a machine, which is easy to use by the operator.

AUTOMAT ZUR VORBEREITUNG DER RINGE AN DEN ENDEN EINSCHLIESSLICH ANBRINGUNG DES FEDERRINGS.

Diese einfache und kompakte Maschine bereitet vollautomatisch den Ring vor und bringt ihn am Federring einschließlich Ring an. Die AMM049 ist besonders einfach in der Handhabung und zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit aus. Ihre Aufgabe besteht darin, den letzten Ring zu bilden, der bereits mit dem Federring verbunden ist. Das Teil wir von einem entsprechenden Abgabesystem zugeführt, das aus einem runden Rüttler mit Sortierer und einem linearen Rüttler zur Platzierung besteht. Es folgt die Abfuhr des fertigen Produkts, die den Produktionszyklus abschließt. Zu den wichtigsten Merkmalen dieses Projekts gehören die extrem hohe Produktionsgeschwindigkeit und die einfache Handhabung.

Das Leistungsniveau ist unbedingt als hoch zu bezeichnen, die Produktivität liegt bei 3000  Stück/Stunde.

Sicherlich interessant ist auch das Management der AMM049. Eine einfach zu programmierende SPS steuert die Maschine und bietet die Möglichkeit, die produzierten Teile zu zählen.

Eine besondere Sorgfalt im Hinblick auf die Ergonomie hat zur Realisierung einer besonders bedienerfreundlichen Maschine geführt.

Federring-Zufuhr über Rüttler

MACHINE AUTOMATIQUE POUR LA PRÉPARATION DES PETITS ANNEAUX EN BOUT DE CHAÎNE, AVEC MONTAGE DU MOUSQUETON.

Cette machine simple et compacte prépare le petit anneau en automatique, puis le monte sur le mousqueton complet d’un anneau. La AMM049 est extrêmement facile à utiliser et elle offre une haute fiabilité de fonctionnement. Elle forme le petit anneau final déjà enchaîné au mousqueton, qui est fourni par un système d’alimentation spécial comprenant un vibrateur circulaire équipé d’un trieur, et un vibrateur linéaire de positionnement. Le produit fini est ensuite déchargé, ce qui conclut le cycle de production. Parmi les caractéristiques les plus importantes de cette machine, il faut remarquer sa vitesse de production très élevée et sa simplicité d’utilisation.

Notre machine permet d’obtenir des performances de très haut niveau, comme le démontre sa productivité qui s’élève à 3000 pièces/heure.

L’aspect gestionnaire de la AMM049 est certainement intéressant: un automate (PLC) facile à programmer pilote la machine et permet de totaliser les pièces produites.

Enfin, nous avons fait très attention aux aspects liés à l’ergonomie, ce qui nous a permis de réaliser une machine facile à utiliser pour l’opérateur.

Alimentation des mousquetons par vibration

MÁQUINA AUTOMÁTICA PARA LA PREPARACIÓN DE LAS ANILLITAS EN LOS EXTREMOS, CON MONTAJE DEL MOSQUETÓN.

Sencilla y compacta, esta máquina prepara de manera totalmente automática la anillita montándola en el mosquetón con ya la otra anillita. La AMM049 es particularmente fácil de usar y se caracteriza por su elevada fiabilidad operativa. El ciclo de trabajo prevé la formación de la anillita final ya concatenada con el mosquetón que, un específico sistema de distribución, constituido por un vibrador circular con seleccionador y un vibrador lineal de colocación en posición, pone a disposición.  El ciclo productivo acaba con la descarga del producto acabado.  Entre las características más importantes de este proyecto, hay que señalar la velocidad de producción muy alta y la facilidad de empleo.

Las prestaciones que ofrece son sin lugar a duda elevadas, asegurando una productividad de 3000 unidades/hora.

De indudable interés también la gestión de la AMM049, en la que un PLC, cuya programación es muy fácil, controla la máquina y permite el cálculo de las piezas producidas.

Cabe destacar, por último, la atención prestada a los aspectos ergonómicos, que ha permitido realizar una máquina de cómoda utilización para el operador.
