MACCHINA SEMIAUTOMATICA / AUTOMATICA A TRANSFER PER LAVORAZIONI VARIE.

Il progetto SDA 066 nasce con caratteristiche di versatilità non comuni trovando utile applicazione nelle produzioni industriali di svariati settori. La macchina è realizzabile in versione automatica o semiautomatica, a seconda che il posizionamento del particolare da lavorare venga eseguito in automatico o da parte dell’operatore preposto. Destinata alle lavorazioni su particolari in lega d’oro, d’argento e altri metalli, può svolgere in modalità semiautomatica o automatica svariate operazioni come assemblaggi, saldature, forature e altre lavorazioni con e senza asportazione di truciolo. E’ costituita da una tavola rotante che può avere da 4 a 8 stazioni; la prima destinata al carico del particolare da lavorare, e l’ultima adibita allo scarico in automatico del prodotto finito. Le stazioni intermedie possono essere allestite a seconda delle diverse necessità, rendendo il progetto della SDA 066 particolarmente flessibile. Tra le caratteristiche più importanti di questo progetto, vanno indicate le velocità degli spostamenti molto elevate, movimenti privi di strappi e posizionamenti particolarmente precisi (ottenuti affidando la gestione dei cinematismi ad un apposito apparato elettronico). Tali particolarità, consentono la produzione di particolari molto piccoli e di geometrie complesse, garantendo sempre tempi di esecuzione ridotti al minimo ed il mantenimento di alti livelli prestazionali. Di sicuro interesse è anche l’aspetto gestionale della SDA 066, dove un PLC dotato di touch–screen, governa la macchina.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC/AUTOMATIC TRANSFER MACHINE FOR VARIOUS TYPES OF WORKING.

The SDA 066 project was developed with uncommon features of versatility for a wide range of application in industrial productions in various sectors. The machine is available in automatic or semi-automatic version depending on whether the positioning of the part to be worked is performed automatically or by the operator. Designed for the working of parts in gold, silver and other metals, the machine can perform various operations such as assembly, welding, drilling and other types of working with and without chip removal in semi-automatic or automatic mode. The machine is composed of a rotary table with 4 to 8 stations; the first station is used for the loading of the part to be worked, while the last is dedicated to the automatic unloading of the finished product. The intermediate stations can be equipped as required to make the SDA 066 project remarkably flexible. The project’s most important characteristics include extremely high shifting speed, smooth movement, and particularly precise positioning (achieved by assigning kinematic motion management to a special electronic device). These features permit the production of extremely small parts with complex forms while constantly ensuring execution times reduced to minimum and the highest performance. The management of the SDA 066 by an easily-programmed PLC that governs machine operation also deserves special mention.

HALBAUTOMATISCHE / AUTOMATISCHE TRANSFERMASCHINE FÜR VERSCHIEDENE BEARBEITUNGEN.

Das SDA 066- Projekt zeichnet sich durch eine außergewöhnliche Vielseitigkeit aus und kann für die Industrieproduktionen von zahlreichen Sektoren eingesetzt werden. Die Maschine kann sowohl in der automatischen als auch in der halbautomatischen Ausführung angefertigt werden, je nachdem ob das zu bearbeitende Teil automatisch bzw. von einem Bediener positioniert wird. Die Maschine wird normalerweise zur Bearbeitung von Teilen, die aus einer Gold- bzw. Silberlegierung bzw. aus anderen Metalllegierungen bestehen, verwendet. Sie kann im halbautomatischen bzw. automatischen Modus verschiedene Arbeitsvorgänge durchführen, beispielsweise Montagen, Schweißungen, Bohrungen und andere Bearbeitungen mit oder ohne Spanentfernung. Sie besteht aus einem mit 4- 8 Stationen ausgestatten Drehtisch; die erste Station dient zum Einführen des Bearbeitungsguts und die Letzte zum automatischen Abladen des Fertigproduktes. Die Zwischenstationen können auf unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse angepasst werden, wodurch das SDA 066- Projekt besonders flexibel wird. Das Projekt zeichnet sich durch sehr hohe Verschiebungsgeschwindigkeiten, ruckfreie Bewegungen und außergewöhnlich genaue Positionierungen aus (man erreicht diese dank eines geeigneten elektronischen Gerätes, das die Getriebe steuert). Durch diese Besonderheiten können sehr kleine Teile mit komplizierten Geometrien angefertigt werden, wobei stets auf ein Minimum reduzierte Ausführungszeiten und sehr hohe Leistungen gewährleistet werden können. Besonders interessant ist auch das Steuersystem der SDA 066: die Maschine wird von einer leicht programmierbaren SPS gesteuert.

Le projet SDA 066 présente des caractéristiques de souplesse peu ordinaires. Cette machine trouve son application dans les productions industrielles de différents secteurs. Elle est réalisable en version automatique ou semi-automatique, suivant que le positionnement de la pièce à usiner est exécuté en automatique ou par l’opérateur désigné pour ce travail. Cette machine est destinée aux usinages sur de petites pièces en alliage d’or, d’argent et autres métaux. Elle peut exécuter différentes opérations en mode semi-automatique ou automatique: assemblages, soudages, perçages et autres usinages, avec et sans enlèvement des limailles. Elle comprend une table tournante qui peut avoir entre 4 et 8 postes, dont le premier est destiné au chargement de la pièce à usiner, et le dernier sert à décharger automatiquement le produit fini. Les postes intermédiaires peuvent être équipés en fonction de vos exigences, ce qui rend le projet SDA 066 particulièrement souple. Parmi les caractéristiques les plus importantes de cette machine, nous désirons souligner les grandes vitesses de déplacement, l’absence de secousses au cours des mouvements, et des positionnements particulièrement précis (grâce à la gestion des cinématismes qui a été affectée à un appareil électronique ad hoc). Ces caractéristiques permettent de produire des pièces très petites et aux géométries complexes, tout en continuant à garantir des temps d’exécution extrêmement courts, et en maintenant des performances de haut niveau. L’aspect gestionnaire de la SDA 066 est certainement intéressant: un automate (PLC) facile à programmer pilote la machine.

El proyecto SDA 066 nace con características de versatilidad fuera de lo común, encontrando útil aplicación en producciones industriales de diversos sectores. La máquina puede producirse en versión automática o semiautomática, según si el emplazamiento de la pieza por mecanizar se efectúa automáticamente o la efectúa manualmente el operador encargado. Prevista para mecanizar piezas en aleación de oro, plata y otros metales, puede desarrollar en modo semiautomático o automático distintas operaciones como montajes, soldaduras, taladros y otras mecanizaciones con o sin arranque de virutas. Está constituida por una mesa giratoria que puede tener de 4 a 8 estaciones; la primera destinada a la carga de la pieza que debe mecanizarse y la última para la descarga en automático del producto acabado. Las estaciones intermedias pueden combinarse en función de las varias necesidades, lo que permite proyectar la SDA 066 con la máxima flexibilidad. Entre las características más importantes de este proyecto deben indicarse la velocidad de los desplazamientos, muy elevada, la suavidad de los movimientos y la exactitud en el emplazamiento (obtenidas gracias al específico equipo electrónico que gestiona los mecanismos). Estas particularidades permiten la producción de piezas muy pequeñas y de geometrías complejas, garantizando siempre tiempos de ejecución reducidos al mínimo y el mantenimiento de altos niveles de prestaciones. Un PLC, cuya programación es muy fácil, controla la gestión de la máquina SDA 066 lo que resulta, sin duda, también muy interesante.
