Semplice ed estremamente compatta, questa macchina prepara in maniera completamente automatica gli anellini da saldare ai terminali della catena, compreso il montaggio della maglia bollata (erogata da un distributore a tazza vibrante). Le dimensioni ridotte ne permettono la collocazione anche in zone anguste, o comunque troppo piccole per l’installazione di macchine di normali dimensioni. Simple in design and extremely compact, this machine prepares the terminal ring to be welded to the chain end and the assembly of the key tag (supplied by a vibrating bucket distributor) completely automatically. The machine’s reduced dimensions permit positioning even where space is limited or too small for the installation of normal-size machines. Among the machine’s most important characteristics, the extremely high production speed and the simplicity of use deserve special mention. Performance is decidedly high, and production amounts to 1700 pieces/hour. The MMB 018’s management is also undoubtedly of interest, where an easily-programmable PLC operates the machine, totally or partially counting produced pieces according to individual production lots. Finally, special attention placed on ergonomics and safety has allowed for the creation of a machine, in full observance of current norms regarding safety and accident-prevention, which is easy-to-use by the operator.

Diese einfache und extrem kompakte Maschine bereitet vollautomatisch die die an den letzten Kettengliedern anzuschweißenden Ringe einschließlich Montage der gestempelten Kettenglieder vor, die von einer vibrierenden Becherzuführvorrichtung zugeführt werden. Dank der geringen Abmessungen kann die Maschine bei engen oder in jedem Fall zu geringen Raumverhältnissen für die Installation von Maschinen mit normalen Abmessungen aufgestellt werden. Zu den wichtigsten Merkmalen dieses Projekts gehören die extrem hohe Produktionsgeschwindigkeit und die einfache Handhabung. Das Leistungsniveau ist unbedingt als hoch zu bezeichnen, die Produktivität liegt bei 1700 Stück/Stunde. Interessant ist auch das Management des MMB 018. Parmi les caractéristiques les plus importantes de ce projet, veuillez remarquer la vitesse de production très élevée de cette machine, et sa simplicité d’utilisation. Les performances fournies sont décidément de haut niveau, comme le démontre la productivité qui s’élève à 1700 pièces/heure. L’aspect gestionnaire de la MMB 018 est certainement intéressant: un automate (PLC) facile à programmer pilote la machine, et permet de totaliser les pièces produites. Entre las características más importantes de este proyecto, debe subrayarse su elevada velocidad de producción y la facilidad de utilización. Las prestaciones que ofrece son significativamente elevadas con una productividad de 1700 piezas/hora. De indudable interés, también, la gestión de la MMB 018, confiada a un PLC de fácil programación que controla la máquina y permite contar el número de piezas producidas. Por último, la especial atención con que han sido tratados los aspectos ergonómicos y la seguridad ha permitido la realización de una máquina cómoda de utilizar para el operador y que respeta plenamente las normativas vigentes en materia de seguridad y prevención de accidentes.
